Refund policy

As of January 1st, 2026 Main Street Shoppes will no longer be doing returns, but offering exchanges and store credit.

Please bring your receipt at time or exchange.

All items must be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must have original tags and be free of makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind.

Final Sale items that are not eligible for an exchange or store credit are items that are 40% OFF or more, or all clearance items.

Main Street Shoppes is not responsible for the normal wear, tear, stretch, or breaking of jewelry and are unable to offer refunds, discounts, or replacement for broken or damaged items. 

Any items that do not meet the above requirements will be given back to customer.
